A member whose annual membership fee or monthly subscription remains unpaid for a period exceeding twelve (12) months shall be deemed to have forfeited their membership rights, including voting privileges and eligibility to hold office. Prior to forfeiture, the Secretary shall issue a written reminder to the member, allowing a reasonable period for payment. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, the member's name shall be removed from the active membership register. Reinstatement of membership may be considered upon full payment of outstanding dues and approval by the Executive Committee. *
